However Tyson eyes were still on her, as if Kale hadn't said a thing to him. His eyes surveyed her face for a moment before returning to her gaze. He tilted his head and sat up to offer her a hand with a soft laugh. "You do certainly have the gaze of a Golden wolf! If you weren't so jumpy of wolves you would have had me sold about your heritage but it's nice to meet a Pegatan nonetheless." He purred.
Jaclyn took his hand as best she could and gave Logan a wary glance. She understood a bit but not enough to understand what made the wolves feel she had some sort of wolf background. If it weren't for her father telling her how she was found she would have never have thought that she was one of these giant beings.
"But I don't want to be a bad host so how about we go and meet the rest of the Council eh?" Tyson asked happily. Before she could answer Tyson had her under her armpits and in his arms. She controlled herself and kept her yelp to herself, blushin

Her eyes searched the forest for another moment before she laid herself back into the meadow, staring up at the afternoon sun. "Um I-I'm sorry about your deer " Jaclyn murmured awkwardly in hope that she could get the tense air to drop. She knew the wolf could hear her, even over the waterfall, but she still raised her voice to make sure that she would be heard. It didn't really surprise Jaclyn when she didn't answer but why wasn't the wolf talking? It concerned her a bit that a word hadn't escaped her lips since Jaclyn had come, so far not even a sound.
Her head turned to its side and looked over Jaclyn before she gave a small smile and looked back up to the sky, lifting her hands to rest on her stomach. The Pegatan eyed her up as if expecting a trap she was ready to spring. She'd been fine with Kale and his father but as soon as it got to other wolves she wasn't so comfortable with them, especially the higher ups. It made Jaclyn even m

Jaclyn gasped in shock to have Kale hang over her head, her shoulders slumping when she failed to make a grab for him. She realized she knew the feeling all too well to be like that, hanging from her jacket that is, the deep feeling in her gut told her that Kale was as uncomfortable as she would be. She sucked in a breath and looked over to the Alpha only to notice he was trying his best to get Tyson to put his son back down before Jaclyn could even take a step.
"T-Tyson! Don't be so grabby! Put my son down!"
"Aw come on Logan, you get him all the time, don't ya? Or is he in that rebellious stage and won't play anymore?" The giant laughed lightly and let his tail wag as he rubbed the wolf's stomach hanging from his fingers. Jaclyn sighed, chewing on her lip in her nervous habit. What could she say that would get his attention off Kale?
"H-H-He-Hey!" She stammered, making the giant's ears flick and turn his eyes onto her. He gave her a charming smile

When she opened her eyes she watched Arden walking back to his huge pillow but he didn't seem to have any intention of growing, even as he passed between four gigantic wolves. "I must make preparations for the ceremony." His voice echoed, turning his head to get a profile of his face. He gave a small smile, turning back toward his pillow and walking right past the steps to an open doorway behind it. She was surprised she hadn't noticed it before, it seemed a giant hallway led through the rock right behind the pillowed platform perhaps she was too busy focusing on the giant wolves?
"W-What ceremony?" Jaclyn whispered, glancing up at Kale with a nervous look. His silver eyes were on the doorway until Arden had completely disappeared before he looked down to the girl curled up next to him with a worried expression.
"I I don't know what he means." He said softly before flickering his eyes over to his father who was standing stock still where K
